Hollie Miller is an alumnus of Oswego State University in Oswego, NY where she received her Bachelors Degree in English Writing Arts. While at Oswego, she led student staff in the New Student Orientation Programs and worked in Student Union Operations.

Hollie then sought her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: College Student Affairs at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. While at USF, she was the Chair of the University Lecture Series and adviser to several student organizations working in the Student Activities office. She earned her Master of Science in Educational Technology from Dakota State University while working for the Alden March Bioethics Institute in Albany, NY. She is currently in course work for consideration of a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Technology.

Hollie has spent her time working in the field of education in several different forms. Formerly Hollie was the Senior Instructional Technology Specialist at Siena College in Loudonville, NY. She also served as the Instructional Technologist for Empire State College's distance online learning & graduate studies program. Perviously, she was the Coordinator of Graduate Studies at the Alden March Bioethics Institute at Albany Medical College.

Other previous positions have included the Assistant Director of New Student Orientation at Purdue University for the Boiler Gold Rush Orientation Program and working for the Congressional Youth Leadership Council and the National Center for Early Academic Excellence.

To balance her work life Hollie is an avid performer in the Capital District of Albany, NY, several of her performances can be viewed on her YouTube channel.
